Cultural Intelligence
for Forward Thinking Leaders
Cultural Intelligence, Inclusion Training, Facilitated Discussions, Workshops and Audits
The Equality Practice works passionately to support businesses to benefit from creating and valuing diverse and inclusive workplaces. We develop and implement trail blazing initiatives, creating bespoke programmes for all our clients. We are proud to say, our project designs for inclusion have been used as templates for further work across the UK, via the Home Office and the English Football League Trusts.

The Equality Practice delivers fun and interactive workshops to businesses, individuals and community groups. It works to help organisations and the third sector recognise the value of practicing Inclusion. It highlights the law surrounding The Equality Act 2010, what Inclusion is, and how it can help attract and retain talent, attract new clients/customers, build and maintain relationships, and help avoid legal challenges, that can be costly and embarrassing.
Why Inclusive Practice?
- compliance with the Equality Act 2010 makes sound business sense as it prevents financial loss and helps increase profit margins
- people/employees/communities are listened to
- are able to participate and voice their views without fear or reprisal
- are treated fairly and equally at all times
- have equal and fair chances to access life enhancing opportunities
- feel equally valued & experience a sense of loyalty and belonging
- are able to work to full capacity and participate fully
Our solutions are bespoke dependent upon needs and required outcomes.

Transgender Conference 'See The Person' 2021
The Equality Practice has once again partnered with the Blundell Park team, Grimsby Town Sports and Education Trust and members of the Transgender community. Together we brought to the North the largest Transgender Conference, raising awareness of what being on the Transgender journey is about. We discussed our social, moral and legal obligations to support people and their families as they navigate this journey.
Many thanks to our audience, leaders of the businesses and voluntary/third sector, who participated and supported the guest speakers, giving rousing applause. Many thanks also to our celebrity guest speaker, Broadcaster Stephanie Hirst.
