The Equality Practice Design and Management Team brought their expertise to Blundell Park. They showed us how we could extend our welcome to attract new and diverse audiences to our ground. Their knowledge and understanding highlighted our skills and strengths and our weaknesses. The process was enlightening and transformational. They made a scary and stuffy process great fun!
