Equity and Inclusion is at the heart of what The Equality Practice do, and that of educational institutions' practice and delivery and, although it has been deemed quite scary and dull when it it comes to training in this area, The Equality Practice turns this impression on its head. The team and I felt this first hand. The training day was impactful, filled with experience, confidence in knowledge, and their approach provided confidence to the team as well as ideas for class room delivery sharing with students. Delivery was current, engaging and fun even when discussing the legal prospective associated with Equity and Inclusion.
